Before drywall closes the view
During a Montgomery County pre-drywall inspection, Cainen documented a cracked wood member and recommended asking the builder for repairs. This stage offers a chance to review accessible framing before finishes cover it. Construction was still underway; this observation is not a structural-engineering assessment or a sign-off on the completed home.

Elkins Park includes communities in both Cheltenham and Abington townships. Conshohocken Borough and West Conshohocken Borough are separate municipalities. Before requesting renovation records, use Montgomery County property records to check the property address and municipality, then ask the appropriate municipal office about available permit records. A mailing town or ZIP code alone is not enough.
