Light commercial: a property-specific quote
Tell us the property location, approximate building size, current use and inspection deadline. We confirm availability, the appropriate scope and a quote. Residential starting prices do not apply automatically to commercial inspections.
Vacant property with a septic system?
If the house has been vacant for more than a week, a hydraulic load test is recommended. This is separate from the septic inspection. Tell us the vacancy period before booking so the appropriate evaluation can be discussed.
